Reflexology belongs to the fields of alternative medicine, which, like acupressure, uses pressure on certain points on the body, usually on the soles of the feet, where the most reflex points are located.

Reflexology is based on the assumption that each point corresponds to a certain organ in the body. Reflexology relieves us of, for example, headaches and backaches. The goal of reflexology is to restore balance and harmony in the body and support its natural self-healing processes.

During reflexology, the masseuse massages and presses individual reflex points on the feet to stimulate the relevant organs and systems. This releases blocked energy, improves blood circulation and nerve function. Reflexology also helps eliminate toxins from the body and promotes relaxation and stress reduction.

During these massages, the masseuse is clothed and in underwear for the entire duration of the massage, and there is no shared shower.
